“Tom and his team safely took down a large, dangerous ash for me, which was perched on a steep bank and leaning towards a neighbour's house. They made a great job of it and from the initial site visit, during the job itself and right through to the follow-up call to check I was content, Tom was communicative and professional. I'd be happy to recommend him and his team to others.”

Felled timber cut into rounds and stacked in a field, with a dog in the foreground

We have used Pembrokeshire Tree Services several times now and have no reason to consider using anyone else.

Tom and his team are absolutely dependable, work extremely hard and provide a very professional service. The most recent job involved the removal of diseased ash trees from a bank above a road, with telephone and power lines very close by. The outcome was very safe and very skillful.

As we open our garden to the public for charity, we need someone who does a neat and tidy job! That is exactly what we get.

Tom and his team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Always keeps in touch and is punctual and gets the job done very efficiently. Has a good ear for what we need and gives very good advice. Cleans and tidies up afterwards. We have a slightly sloping site and quite damp which he and his team cope with very well. Tom has been coming annually for the past few years to lop, fell and generally keep the trees in good condition. We would highly recommend Pembrokeshire Tree Services. Thanks Tom.

'Tom, on his own in the early years, and with his team more recently, has been our tree surgeon of choice over the years since 2003 when he removed a number of forestry trees. He has always been professional and a pleasure to deal with. Totally reliable, an excellent communicator, keeps to the agreed date and leaves everything tidied. His team do a grand job and they reflect his ethos.'

“Really pleased to have found a tree surgeon who is reliable, knowledgeable and responds quickly and clearly. Tom and his team do a great job; they are considerate and effective. Always good to see how much care they take over their tools and their work. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.”
